RC Sri Vijaya Puram was founded in 2006,  it covers all the three districts in Andaman & Nicobar islands. It has study centre in the southernmost and remotest part of of India, i.e Campbell Bay. There are 11 Study Centres in total which includes 5 Special Centres, 3 Program centres, 2 regular centres and 1 Jail Centre. 56 academic programmes are offered and over 150 Academic Counsellors to cater the needs of the learners. Till date (2020) over 50000 learners have enrolled under RC Port Blair.
