Dr. RVR Murthy has been appointed to the post of Regional Director at IGNOU, Regional Centre, Port Blair and assume his duties w.e.f. 03rd August, 2022 to provide the Higher Education and Support Services to the people of entire Andaman & Nicobar Islands, through the Indira Gandhi National Open University.
