IGNOU Port Blair Regional Centre organized 27th Prof. G.Ram Reddy Memorial Lecture

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) Port Blair Regional Centre has organized the 27th Prof. G. Ram Reddy Memorial Lecture on 2nd July, 2022 at the first floor of Regional Centre, Port Blair premises. Dr. Nurul Hasan, Regional Director and the former Senior Regional Director Dr. S. Raja Rao paid the floral tributes to Prof. G. Ram Reddy on this occasion. All the staff of Regional Centre have participated in the programme. The main programme started at IGNOU, HQ, New Delhi through live telecast on Gyandarshan.
Dr. Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, Hon’ble Minister of State for External Affairs and Education, Government of India, delivered a lecture on “Indian Education System in the Journey of 75 years of India’s Independence”. In his address, he focused on the development of Indian Education System and highlighted the need for NEP-2020 for making India future ready with required and trained human resources to face the challenges.
