Note:

• Kindly submit a Photo copy of your IGNOU ID Card & Last Assignment Submission Receipt wile applying for Change of RC incase applying before TEE June or December Exams.
• Change of Medium can only be done within 1 month of Admission.
• For change of Name/Father's name/DOB etc submit a self attested copy of Xth / Marriage certificate (If married & for adding husband's name).
• For change of Mobile/Email ID kindly check the tickbox besides the Phone no. column and ensure your Phone & Email are in working condition for receiving regular udpates.
