IGNOU, Regional Centre, Port Blair organizes an essay competition on the birth anniversary of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore
For class 11th & 12th students, and registered IGNOU students/ IGNOU Alumni of Andaman & Nicobar Islands
Topics for essay: -
1. Relevance of Rabindranath Tagore`s humanism in contemporary times
(समकालीन समय में रवीन्द्रनाथ टैगोर के मानवतावाद की प्रासंगिकता)
2. Rabindranath Tagore`s vision on education system in the context of Visva-Bharati University, Shantiniketan
(विश्वभारती विश्वविद्यालय, शांतिनिकेतन के संदर्भ में शिक्षा व्यवस्था पर रवीन्द्रनाथ टैगोर का दृष्टिकोण)
Points to remember: -
1. Bonafide students of 11th and 12th and registered IGNOU students are only eligible.
2. 11th and 12th students must mention name of school and registered/alumni IGNOU students must mention enrolment number.
3. Word limit is 500-1000 words.
4. Essay can be in Hindi or English.
5. Per candidate only one essay will be accepted.
6. Essay will be accepted in online format (MS Word/PDF) via email id rcportblair@ignou.ac.in
7. Last date of accepting essay is 15th May 2024.
